Served in a willibecher glass at the brewpub.
Light pale gold color, good clarity, frothy head of foam, lasting spotty lace.
Aroma is crackery with a wisp of noble hop grassiness from the Czech & German hop addition.
Taste is clean and crisp, lightly bitter and grassy with a dry crackery pils malt base. Dry aftertaste.
Light bodied and smooth, nicely dialed in carb level. Overall this is a great German pils, easy drinking with some light noble hop bitterness. This is the kind of thing they should make year round.
