This West Coast IPA is our original that we brewed back on our 1bbl system in 2014. Brought back for the first time on our new system, this brew has a hoppy, bitter aftertaste with malty caramel notes, with a clean dry finish. It's brewed with Centennial, Cascade and Chinook hops... it's sure to leave your taste buds wanting more! Cheers!!

Reviews weren't great when this was first released back in 2014-2015 so let's see if the recipe has been improved. It is a hazy amber with a thick, even head. A sweet malt nose with some citrus hops is inviting. Medium malt body with a pleasant West Coast IPA bitterness and a smooth mouthfeel. I like it and feel it must be improved from the early days.
