Brewed specificity for our first annual Septemberfest. Helles (pale in colour) is a German-style Lager brewed with Floor malted Pilsner malt and Noble german hops. This brew finishes with a bit rounder body, a touch of sweetness that balances the slight spice from the hops. Very easy drinking.

Clear pale gold with a tall, loose head. Grassy noble hop nose, quite prominent. Light malt body, delicate flavour. Great crispness and carbonation. A quality Helles.
