My introduction in IPA's. I love it. Super easy drinker, yet just the right bite

Appearance: pours a dark brown color with a 1" head that slowly falls.
Smell: roasted malt come through along with some earthy and citrus tones
Taste: roasted malt, hint of chocolate, some spicy rye, mild pine, and a bit of an earthy bitterness rounds it out.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Light crispness from the start to a mildly dry finish.
Overall: a very enjoyable black IPA that is easy to drink.
