On tap at American Burger Bar and Beer Boutique in Greece, NY.
This one pours a moderately dark brown, with a half inch head, and tons of lacing.
This one smells like grassy hops, bitter brown bread, and a bit of caramel.
I would have expected Victory to nail this sort of style, and they did. It's not a style to necessarily knock your socks off, but it's so drinkable and so tasty. There's some grassy, slightly piney hops, with a bit of bitter, doughy bready flavors, and some caramel and toffee. It all melds together very well.
This is medium bodied, with a very crisp mouthfeel, and a very high level of drinkability.
This was very legit, and very tasty. Victory strikes again.
