I stopped into the Parkesburg branch on 03JUN18, after a great WWII Weekend in Reading. Had a pint of this to go with a damn tasty burger.
My pint glass held a bright, medium-golden libation. Had a touch of haze, some carbo, and a creamy, marshmallow-white head. The topping lasted well, with excellent lacing. Aroma had some lemon and pine lurking about. Feel was solid, with a medium body.
Flavor had some bready, crackery malts, with more lemongrass. It was a bit rindy and pithy, with lots of bitterness and a rather dry finish. Not bad, overall... Prosit!!
