Taster at brewery. Near black pour, persistent tight beige head. Light roasty malts in the aroma. Taste is roasty with a fair amount of sweetness . Feels thin but at 3.7%, that's probably appropriate.

6 oz nitro pour. Aroma and flavor are dark malts. Mouthfeel is very thin, which is not surprising for a low-abv nitro pour. Overall it's a decent Irish dry stout and would be very easy to drink a lot of.

Look: Dark chocolate brown with a half finger of tan head that doesn’t seem to dissipate.
Smell: Toasty but not bitter malt. Nutty.
Taste: Mild roast malt flavor with little bitterness. A bit of nuttiness but not much else.
Mouthfeel: Feels thick when first sipped, but lacks body on the swallow and has little carbonation to balance.
Overall: A “light stout” with a low alcohol content, inferior to the real thing.
