Clear golden color. Thin white head. Berries, oak, and grape must in a slightly funky aroma. A moderately sour taste, almost like wine. Weird, but I liked it.

Tripel with Brett, wine barrels, and strawberries. This is really well balanced, each element is discernible and yet very robust at the same time. This is wonderfully, lip-smackingly tart and refreshing. Very well done.

3.64/5: Many facets are featured nicely (strawberries, leather, red wine barrel), I just wish the brett was more obvious

Pours an opaque cantaloupe color with a super fast fizzy receding head, (almost champagne like head). After the head recedes it looks like a glass of peach juice.Smell is of straw berry,(this was aged with strawberries in wine barrels. Tastes vinous, berries, kiwi, orange rind, mild funk. This beer is actually a Sour Brett Tripel, but there was no category for that so I picked the closest. Feels medium bodied, alcohol is well hidden. The strawberries are a big player here. Overall I like this. Would recommend trying at least once.
