Thank to my secret source for this bottle, given out at the CBC.
Pours a clear light straw color with a thin white head. Head fades quickly and leaves no lacing. Lots of carbonation racing up from the nucleation ring on the bottom of the glass.
The aroma is kind of grassy, earthy with a light caramel malt background. Hard to get much out of it, though.
The flavor is a lot like the smell. Grassy, grainy, slightly sweet. Just an average brew, really.
Nothing outstanding in the mouthfeel or aftertaste. Not bad, but there are many better Pilseners out there.

On tap at the Victory Brew Pub. Poured a lighter yellow color with a small sized white head. Aromas of some grassiness...I wasn't getting too much else. Tastes of the same grassiness with a lighter sweetness. Plain and simple (if you like Pils, you should like this!).
