16 months in the barrel, damn.
The rum barrel, plus the molasses, coconut, and sugar enhancements, make for an interesting aroma contrast with the Belgian yeasty phenols. Good, but might have worked better with a Quad?
On the palate, the barrel and accoutrements are more prominent, making this taste less balanced. Unique, interesting, and worth trying.
