similarly effervescent as dietmannsweiler, head even more homogeneous paper white. Nose is creamier, softer, grain less than brau but more than diet, less dough, more vitamin c, closer to prima, lightly floral and soapy. Flavor is more hop, front palate shows heavy citrus, oily and more resinous than either before, grain and vitamin c through the end. Not as dry a finish, more mineral though, more controlled but unfortunately less expressive.

Terrior de Tettnangs, on tap at Victory. This is the Missenhardt with Tettnanger hops harvested on the 1st day of the harvesting season, or something. Pours lightly hazy hay gold with a fluffy head. Having this next to the Missenhardt day 4, this shows slightly less pronounced hop expression. Still a wonderful cracked fresh grain quality, fluffy mouth feel though not as much so as the Day 4. Finish is not as long and hop forward as the Day 4. Still wonderful, probably my second favorite of the five.
