I appreciated tenderbranson69 sharing this growler with Raj, JC and me enjoyed from a teku chilled.
The color is deep golden with mild haze and beautiful head of white with miniature bubbles visible and rising with stringy lace and good retention. The smell is very lush with noble hops some cracker like toasted malt odors and mild fruity yeast with light phenolic and slight alcohol ester. The feel is very good with a mix of dry malt and herbal spiciness from the hops and nice creamy yeast with moderate carbonation and semi-dry finish.
The taste is very good with nice malt body and a decent amount of noble type hop flavors which are both herbal and lemony at times with the malt adding a level of toastiness and the yeast supplying some spice to the blend of taste with some mild alcohol in the finish but very nice fresh combo with both yeast and hops taking turns in the flavor and very nice bitterness level makes it refreshing and drinkable.

Pours a light amber. Smell of Belgian yeast, piney hops, bubblegum. In the taste, earthy hops and a note of bubblegum. Candy sugar, cotton candy, solid bitterness and hop flavor. Firmly malty, and the 7.8% abv is well hidden. This is a good, drinkable American take on the style.
