Had on tap at the blind tiger-
This is a nice Biere de garde; malty, with some spicy yeast notes. I would recommend this to anyone interested in the style. Previous reviews are correct in asserting that it is a very well balanced example of the style which has pretty wide ranging variations. Cheers!

Had this on draft. Pours a dark amber. Still some light penetration. Good head about 1" with decent amount of lacing. Smells flowery with yeast notes. Has a great flowery and a slight hop note. Has a really great German feel to it. A slight amount of sweetness hits you after. Very well balanced as no one particular flavor overpowers the other. I would definitely recommend.

On tap at victory brewing co.
Now this is a biere de garde. Yeasty, flowery nose. Flavor is stone fruit and fruit esters but not overpowering. Sometimes biere de gardes are too estery -intentional or not - for my likeing but this one is perfect. Some citrus. Delicate bitter hop profile in the middle. Great balance of a light fruity sweetness and flowery hops. Excellent beer. Extremely drinkable. Glad I picked this one in my flight. I got another pint afterwards as well.
