Drinking this at The Innovation Brewery in Downtown Dillsboro NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks pinkish purple with a nice white foamy head and no real lacing.
Smells herbal, grassy.
Taste follows the nose nicely, with light basil and beet overtones.
Mouth feel is medium light for the style.
Overall very refreshing and I would definitely order again.
