On tap at the brewpub in Sylva.
Listed, appropriately, as a Belgian Red Rye.
Looks slightly hazy; red-amber; decent head.
feel: near medium body; very good carbonation.
Flavor is an excellent balanced mix of spicy rye and hops, bready malts and mild spicy yeasts. Very nice bitter/sweet balance too. Excellent finish and aftertaste. Excellent dynamics and medium-high complexity.
O: Unique and worth seeking out.
