On tap at the brewpub in Sylva.
Clear amber; very good lacing and head.
feel: near medium body; very good carbonation.
Flavor is an excellent balanced mix of spices and malty ale; unusual for this style in my experience. Plenty of spicy to jump in the aroma and flavor, but not so much as to drown the underlying malty ale. Very nice bitter/sweet balance too: overall neutral but slightly bitter in the finish and aftertaste. Subtle but very positive contribution from the chai. medium-high complexity.
O: Excellent pumpkin ale, definitely worth seeking out.
