Very clear amber body topped by a good head that has limited retention.
Aroma: features Belgian yeast but with little banana.
Flavor: Quite spicy with very slight funk. eventually it leaves a nice, lingering bready and spicy aftertaste.
O: near average Belgian tripel ... but made in NC.
