Pint from the tap at Innovation Station,
reddish amber style ,lightly fruit aroma- cherry, malt very faint aromas
tastes lighter than it looks and less full than a Highland Gaelic Ale-
Pretty decent for an afternoon by the creek

Drinking this at The Innovation Brewery in beautiful downtown Sylva NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks light Amber with a nice foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin ring and some nice lacing.
Smells malty, bready, sweet, lightly spicy.
Taste follows the nose nicely.
Mouth feel is medium for the style with a nice creamy finish.
Overall a very nice example of a American Amber that I would definitely order again.
Cheers!

Cloudy amber ale, almost no head or aroma...yasyes like a high school science project version of fermented pear juice.

No real malt body, tart barfy stale main taste, and sour pear-like finish. Heartburn and hiccups. Wanted to support this place, but the brews are not that good. Watery and faint no matter which variety, like a poorly made home brew. I've had much better home brew 2 houses over...

Excellent lacing and head, week on the nose almost nonexistent, flavor mild and sweet, I could enjoy several of these, overall not bad.

On tap at the brewery.
Slightly hazy, deep amber color with a decent head.
Great flavor with moremlat and more hops than normal. Nicely balanced and still malt forward as expected for style. Aroma largely matches the flavor, albeit less intense.

O: excellent.
