Poured orange with a nice head. Citrusy, orange, grapefruity notes, and medium mouth feel. This was a beer I snagged while in an Asheville cocktail spot. Everyone says Burial Surfwax is superior, but this is a go to whenever I can return to NC

12 oz can from an Ingles near the NC brewery. A canning date of 4/26/2021 was stamped on the bottom of the can.
Appearance. Clear amber colored body with an excellent head.
Both the aroma and the flavor are characterized by good balance and relatively high complexity for the style.
Feel. Medium body and carbonation.

Picked up a 12 oz single as part of a mixed sixer from Ingles Spartanburg store cooler 4-14-2021 for $10.98. Filled on 3-22-21; consumed 5-4-21.
Beer poured orange with a very nice white head that is leaving lacing behind.
Nose was nice, citrus and tropical fruits were very much at the forefront.
Taste is a moderate pale malt base infused with peaches and orange hopping finishing with a nice rind bitterness; 7/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and kind of smooth and refreshing.
Overall another nice beer from Innovation. Definitely liking these guys so far!

Drinking this at The Innovation Brewery in Beautiful downtown Sylva NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Appears golden yellow with a nice foamy head that lasted.
Smells citrusy, orange, grapefruit and pineapple.
Taste follows the nose.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a nice IPA that I would definitely order again.

Look: It pours golden with a bit of clouding and an off white head that has good head retention.
Smell: The aroma has a nice moderate grapefruit with low stone fruit. There are some grainy sweet bready notes in the background.
Taste: The initial taste is moderately high in stone fruit, peach like, the grapefruit is moderate but comes through after the initial taste.
Feel: It is sweet with a moderately low amount of bitterness.
Overall, this is not a powerfully bitter IPA, but is has an excellent balance of hops with a sweet finish.
