Drinking this at The Innovation Brewery in Beautiful downtown Sylva NC.
Appears light golden yellow with a nice foamy head that dropped to zero.
Smells lightly bready, floral, yeasty.
Taste follows the nose with some light barnyard notes for a pleasant funkiness.
Mouth feel is medium light for the style.
Overall a nice Belgian IPA that I might order again.
