At the Innovation site in Sylva.
LOOK: On tap poured into a 16 oz. laser etched glass. Old gold color with a nice white head with excellent retention. and prominent side glass lace and heavily hazed.
AROMA: Tangerine and orange aroma and moderate earthy hops.
TASTE: Juicy citrus with a malt backbone. Not at all bitter or tart with a drying finish.
Pleasent surprise, this is a solid NEIPA.

12 oz can from an Ingles Market in NC.
The can has an 11 June 2024 canning date stamped on the bottom.
This is an exceptionally fruity version of an often fruity style. Both the aroma and flavor are loaded with tropical fruit notes including pineapple and mango.

Drinking this at The Innovation Brewery in beautiful downtown Dillsboro North Carolina.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks yellow orange with a nice off white foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin ring and some nice lacing.
Smells lightly bready, citrusy, orange, grapefruit and a little bit of piney.
Taste follows the nose nicely, this is pretty hop spicy.
Mouth feel is medium plus for the style with a nice malt backbone.
Overall a very nice example of the style that I would definitely order again.
Cheers!
