20oz draft pour into an OS stein has a reddish brown body and floats a minimal cream head.
Baker's chocolate first hits the nose and brings with it a cherry fruit and sweet malt aroma.
Flavor matches. Cherry flavor is not over-bearing and well paired with the cocoa. Fruitiness is sweet but not cloying, tart but not astringent.
Mouthfeel is creamy medium, leaning heavy with a dry-er finish.
A nice change of pace.

A pretty interesting beer. A little bit of sour influence but not too tart. Reddish color and overall appearance make for a good beer. I think most people will love it or hate it with not a lot of middle ground.
