Pale yellow slightly hazy with thin white head. Nose is full of floral hops. Taste follows the nose with lots of floral hops, lavender, slight grape notes and smooth pale malt. Ends crisp. Body is soft with light to medium carbonation. Overall a nice American Kolsch, perfect for food and or a hot day.

Had this one on tap at the St. Charles brewery. This was a Kolsch, a style that I'm really starting to warm up to. It was pretty nice and refreshing and light. A good beer for a sunny day.
