December 19th, 2015 - For a relatively new operation, Blue Spruce is cooking up a good and relaxed Russian Imperial Stout. It looks like a healthy stout with a robust head, and smells of chocolate and fresh malt. The flavor is favorable too, with a fuzzy carbonation keeping the soy sauce and brown sugar taste afloat.
