Blind review.
Look: The beer pours a beautiful translucent, but cloudy amber color. Eggshell head that settles to a half finger with some steaks of lacing as it settles. No visible carbonation.
Smell: This beer smells Belgian to me. Quintessential dried apricot fruity and slightly pink bubbly gummy ale yeast.
Taste: The flavor follows suit. More bubble gum than the aroma. Dried apricot, white grape, very overripe pineapple, bready.
Feel: Medium level of carbonation. Nice sweetness
Overall: This beer is a nice example of a Belgian beer. Very well done.
