On draught at Beer Study in Chapel Hill. It pours a cloudy, bright golden-honey color with a thin, snowy white cap and a thick coating of creamy lacing. It's fragrant nose features grapefruit, lemon, floral hops, and a whiff of sweet malt. The taste opens like a first rate West Coast IPA with a blast of bitter, biting, resinous hops and tart grapefruit and lemon. It's definitely 90 IBU. Then, as the glass warms, I begin to taste some sweet malt; it's barely noticeable at first but it grows and increases the ale's complexity. It has a rich, creamy mouthfeel with moderate carbonation, and you can feel the warming 10.2% ABV. Overall, this is a first rate DIPA that will please any hophead but which offers a lot more than straight bitterness.

Unbelievable. Called Double Dribbrue now. Best double IPA in NC / better than WIcked Weed Freak of Nature. 10.2% with no burn - very dangerous!
Competes favorably with anything from Tree House, Alchemist, Hill Farmstead, Trillium, Surly.
Can get fresh since local to me. My new go to Double IPA for sure!

Picked up a growler at Lowes Foods "Beer Den"...it was named "Double Dribbrüe" . Classic "west-coast" style DIPA. Brueprint nailed every aspect of the style, light golden look, citrus-piney-floral goodness in smell and taste, followed by the classic dryness feel. Extremely well-done Brueprint!!!
