A: Fruit punch, reddy orange colour with no head just a pink foam. Very cloudy and opaque, cannot see any carbonation though I’m sur its there.
S: Cherries, sour cherries and fermented fruit, a sweet candy-like cherry smell and a sour almost vinegary lambic scent.
T: Taste follows the nose, but way more intense than I was expecting. A sour cherry quality, then a sweet candy like quality, then the vinegar which for a split second is balsamic vinegar, ending in a pleasant sweet cherry aftertaste.
M: Medium somewhat syrupy body, medium low fine bubbly carbonation.
O: Delicious, complex and refreshing. Almost wondering if it is infected though, as this balsamic vinegar taste continues. It works well with it, but I wonder it’s a mistake. Bought this in China recently, but beeradvocate says its been discontinued. So, seems a little fishy…
