Best Brew Gentlemen offering I've had by leaps and bounds. My only slightly niggle is that I could have used a little more viscosity, but I like a BA stout to be pretty thick. Great mouth feel and just the right amount of barrel. Really nice.

Just a few notes so I don't forget this one.
A-Pours black with no head at all, looks flat then a one finger lacing follows
S-Smells like cola, raisins and bourbon
T-Tastes real good despite what I have heard. Very clean bourbon taste up front with some nutty notes and a bit of a cola taste. A little plum comes through and some woodiness in the after taste. Not overly complex but solid.
M-Very light body with little carbonation, I like this a lot.
O-Taste and feel are great on this one but it is a little one dimensional for the price. I think it was around $19 at the brewery I could be wrong, picked this up at the end of May. Although I liked the carbonation I feel it was unintentional.

Thanks to thebouch01 for this bottle, 750ML of liquid from a brewery previously unknown to me. Split with my wife on D-Day Eve’s Eve. Eve 6. Rocks.
The pour is Charlie-Harper’s-soul dark. Nose? Yes, I have a nose. I use it to sense rich brownie batter & roast with a healthy dose of cream in it. A few motes of vanilla are the only barrel I’m getting up front. Pretty good.
One could almost be shilled as a mixed drink. The bourbon is up front but ice-on-the-ass smooth, & tastes like it’s been cut liberally with RC Cola, more cola than I’ve ever had in my mouth from a beer bottle (or can). Other than those two dancers, there’s a late-hit of alcohol, vanilla, faint roast, aaaand, well not much else. Did I mention smooth? And easy to drink, though hits way above it’s alleged ABV. A bomber of this & I’d sound less coherent than Pat Robertson.
Gotta admit that this isn’t complex, or on style, or, hell, even much at all. But I like it. I put two fingers up the ass of style & say: this very good beer to drink. Very good. Almost four likes.

Wow! I got a couple of bottles of "One," but had not tried them yet. I was excited to be able to taste a draft at the brewery. The beer just blew me away, it was so good, even better than Build and Destroy, which is admittedly a different style of stout.
The appearance is black with a thin layer of bubbly head. The beer is well-carbonated. The malt is pleasantly roasted (not overdone) and the bourbon is subtle (not overly done). The best part is how the flavors blend together to result in a satisfying and smooth drink that is delicious.

Pour is jet black with a tight tan head. Nose is charred wood, bourbon, faintly chalky, light rich malt presence, very caky. Flavor is pretty nice, lighter bourbon, milk chocolate, cake batter, light malt sweetness in back, just a hint sugary. Medium to full body, incredibly soft and delicate palate, gentle carb. Better than the Central Waters 17 I had next to it.

Had it from a bottle. Tasted like a flat Jack and Coke. From what I heard this tasted like a completely different beer on draft.
Edit: Had it on draft and it tastes better then the bottle I had. It's thinner then I like a BA stout but it has nice bourbon notes to it.
