Not to split hairs, but this seems much more like lemongrass to me. What can I say. Much more earthy than I was expecting and much thinner as well. I could deal with not seeing this saison again and having one of the others instead.

Really interesting hop nose, zesty, herbal and enticing. Slight spicy phenols. Superbly crushable. Hopped intensely. Never thought phenolics and hops would play nicely together but these guys Saisons are hoppy and delicious. So good.
