True to style with a West Coast yeast strain and a blend of classic American C-hops (Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, and Citra) for a dank, pithy beer with a firm, crisp bitterness.

Appearance: Pours with a nice bubble show that builds to a three fingered head above the cloudy light amber liquid; excellent retention with clumps and shards of lacing

Smell: Dank and pithy with hints of caramel and pine

Taste: The sweetness from the caramel malt underpins the hop parade of dank flavors; there is some stone fruit and grapefruit in the mix but it builds into pithy bitterness with a hint of resinous pine

Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate carbonation

Overall: A well made West Coaster that has a nice touch of balancing malt and plenty of bitterness
