12 oz can
Pours hazy orange golden, white film for a head.
Aroma of fresh squeezed orange juice and sweet bready malts.
Flavor is of orange and lime citrus, some sweet cereal malts, a little hemp, and a briefly tart finish.
Medium to light body, tingly carbonation on the tongue.
Easy drinking, smooth, and tasty. Balance is a bit off to me for some reason. Overall decent but not my favorite from BG.

Wow; that is opaque. Wasn't expecting that. Actually, I wasn't expecting an IPA at all. I see a can marked "Blood Light Lime" and I (rightly, I think) expected a light lager with lime. Oh well. Thin, soap-sudsy foam cap. Not a whole lot of lacing. It is what it is. Smells a lil' funky. You'd think fresh lime would play reasonably well with a hop overload, but that's not the reality. I don't even really smell much lime. This is, like, straight funky orange juice. Kinda looks like it too. Lime reveals itself on the tongue and I'm shocked by how quickly I've come around on this. Fresh, vibrant lime up front - sweet, sweet OJ on the finish. Incredibly tasty. Minimal bitterness; just enough to remind you that this is a beer and not something to reach for at breakfast. Generously carbonated, but smoothed out (I presume) with lactose. You'd think they'd be required to put that on the label, though, to warn the intolerant. *Shrug* Whatever, I like it.

poured from a 12oz slimline can. pours a hazy, almost murky light orange with a beautiful, fluffy white foam head that retains throughout the pour. aromas of pine, orange, lemon and grapefruit. the fruit and the hops are balanced and play well off of each other. it almost has a lemon-lime gatorade taste to it. refreshing, yet dry on the finish. wonderfully full and fluffy mouthfeel. interest and good fruited IPA!

Nearly fully opaque straw to maize yellow with a tall off-white foam head that settles to a bubbly collar.
Smell is dank and juicy, like a classic NEIPA, but taste flips the script in service of the fruit additions that seem to contribute an unexpected cinnamon component within a key lime pie character that's not far behind a leading chewiness that's dankly cannabic.
However, the body is a little lighter in heft than most other Brew Gentlemen IPAs, also likely owing to the fruit, while maintaining a firm froth, although finishing quite paper dry. Still, it does translate a little watery and not fully cohesive.
