Easy drinking like a Kolsch should be. Sourdough bread and floral hop taste. A good low ABV brew, nice to have a few watching collage BB on a Saturday. Cheers

Sampling a cold 12 oz skinny can poured into my 0.3 L stange. Picked up at a beer shop near Middletown, PA.
The beer pours a bright clear golden color with minimal bleached white dense head forming up from the pour. Dont quite get the full can into my glass. Head fades quickly to a thin surface covering that remains through the sampling. I do get some scattered lattice on each sip or swirl. A few lazy streams of carbonation rise to the surface of the beer.
Aroma is some biscuity malt and a bit of crackers with some floral hop notes and maybe just a little bit of honey.
First sip reveals a very light body with crisp texture and fine tingly carbonation. Beer drinks very easy on the physical traits.
Flavor is some grainy and biscuit, here I do get some white grape and floral hop notes with a bit of lingering bitterness. But also a little bit of mild sweet honey. Very dry finish as well.
Pretty tasty easy drinking kolsch style brew. Glad to have gotten to try this one, and I would drink again, would be a great summer time / pool beer.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
