Our pale ale is loaded with American hops that provide a lot of citrus aroma and flavor. We then dry hop with Citra (tropical fruit flavors/aroma) to provide that extra kick of aroma and flavor.

Revisit, 2018:
This batch has a grainy, almost popcorn-like aspect to it (not buttery per se, but a little caramelly). They had another pale ale on and it had a similar quality. Not as enjoyable, so I docked that; will try it another time to see if it’s trending away from my original review.
A: This beer is translucent dirty golden, with a decent foamy head the edges on the edges, providing a little lacing.
S: Smell is piney in nature, but not overwhelmingly so. There is also a bready, grain-based smell in there (wet cardboard a little bit)
T/M: Pretty bitter from the get go, grapefruit/rind. There is a lack of complexity, but it can be appreciated for being straightforward. There is a body to the beer, decent carbonation, and the end feel is a bit dry and resinous. The late taste into the aftertaste brings the pine from the smell.
O: solid beer that has the hops play a decent role. Could be a little more complex, but for especially for a startup brewery, it is quite enjoyable.
