On tap at brewery:
Near clear white gold body with an 1/8th inch persistent head on a full pour. Lacing is nice broken crooked lines of remnant foam.

Nose is lightly sweet, with a hint of lemon zest, and a bitter side of meadow grass. Missing some breadiness or Pilsner malt notes here.

Taste is fairly clean and does follow the nose. A very light toasted cracker that needs more strength. A nice moderate carbonation level and a just heavier than light feel are nice. A mostly dry green grass bitterness has just a hint of pepper added.

The back half of this beer is pretty enjoyable. I’d like the star malt to be a bit more present, though.
