A-Pours a murky, orange color with nearly zero head except for a ring of bubbles on edge of the beer.
S-Mosaic hops are obviously featured here. The hops are tropical and spicy with an almost Limey note. Behind the Mosaic is a caramel sweetness.
T-The exotic fruit and lime of the Mosaic hops lead into a malt of bread crust and caramel.
M-Flat, warm and casket...I love cask.
O-Pretty good introduction to Aeronaut but I wonder what this beer tastes like on its own, not in a cask.
