Pours a hazy golden orange with two fingers of white head, retention is ok. Aroma has the characteristic clove, banana, and bubblegum of a Hefeweizen. Taste has hints of clove, a moderate amount of banana, and just a hint of bubblegum; there is a bit of a musty wheat note that seems to come and go. Medium-ish body and carbonation, I expect more carb in a hefe. This is a decent hefe, it has the basic elements of the style but not quite in the right proportions, still tasty and drinkable.

Decent rift off a classic Hefeweizen. flavors of banana, clove and honey are all present. Maybe a hint of orange peel in there. Light to medium bodied with a short, semi dry finish.
