Second of two beers in a contest for our 2nd Anniversary beer. This 7.9% DIPA is a red hued imperial IPA bursting with fruity Mosaic, Azacca and Eldorado hops balanced with toasty maltiness and a kiss of sweetness from several darker roast malts.
