Part clouds of the cosmos on a quest for the elusive Australian Galaxy hop. This complex double IPA bursts with succulent aromas of peach, citrus and tropical fruits, swirling over the creamy haze from juicy hops and the exquisite fermentations of House IPA yeast.

Loads of dense, foamy head and excellent retention and lacing, especially given that this was canned 7 months ago. Translucent orange. Aroma has plenty of tropical fruits & citrus and has held up well. Taste has a good dose of citrus with just enough bite to keep it interesting. Nice full mouthfeel. Good beer.

16 oz can into a tulip glass.
Pours a hazy deep orange color with 2 fingers of creamy off-white head. Excellent, stubborn retention here. Leaves some splotchy lacing around the glass.
The aroma brings strong notes of papaya and pineapple, as well as some peaches and creme candy, lemon meringue pie, and grapefruit.
The flavor is more citrus forward, with notes of tangerines, lemon meringue pie, and grapefruit. There's a bit of peach candy and pineapple as well as some papaya. There's this whipped cream thing going on and it's ridiculous (in a good way).
The feel is full-bodied with minimal carbonation. The softness of this beer is inexplicable, like drinking a cloud. Very creamy as well. Needs a bit more carbonation but otherwise, incredible.
Overall, this is absolutely a great NEIPA (not sure why this is labeled as an Imperial IPA on the can). It's a nice showcase of the Galaxy hop and if you enjoy soft beers, you'll adore this one.

Pours a hazy straw-pale orange in color with a finger of fairly dense white head. Aroma is dank with tropical fruits, stone fruits, and some citrus. Taste has pineapple, peach, nectarine, tangerine, and a dank undertone. Medium-light body with moderate carbonation. This is a great expression of Galaxy hops and it hits the right notes for me. Very enjoyable.

Creamy NEDIPA. Tropical without too much citrus, more mango and melon than grapefruit. Strong points are mouth-feel and color. Mild alcohol makes if very easy drinking. Single hop approach allows the Galaxy to shine. Really, really nice beer.

Can. Looks like every other NE IPA, maybe even grosser. Grapefruit and pizza dough aroma. Similar medium sweetness. Usual fizzy carbonation and breadiness. I can't wait till this fad is over.
