Canned 5/28/20
Pours a large foamy creamy 1.5 finger head with moderate retention, soapy lacing, very hazy borderline cloudy pale-orange-apricot color
Nose is explosive with fruits and a bit of dankness, loads of tangerine, a little dank tropical maybe papaya, and some grapefruit, passion fruit, generic tropical, a little pithy, and spritz of lemon-lime notes, very light malt
Taste brings more of all the same, lots of tangerine up front, and quite pithy as well, a bit of grapefruit, into that tropical juice again, papaya, little passion fruit, kumquat, light creamy doughy malt with a faint chalky mineral in the background, a bit of a cedar wood note interestingly, light bitterness and light alcohol, drier finish but a tad sticky, a bit more bitterness with some citrus zest
Mouth is med bod, fair soft creamy juicy like NEIPA, higher foamy carb, touch of warming alcohol
Overall not bad, really showcases the Sabro hop which is a fun one, I think this is def geared more towards NEIPA than IPA, but they didn't specify which on the can, but soft and juicy, creamy base malt, some water softener minerals, low bitterness, etc, enjoyable
