Canned 6/11/20
Pours a giant frothy foamy white head with med retention, very clear light golden pilsner color
nose brings some nice grainy malt, straw, cereal, grainy-sweet with a little bread, then nice noble floral hop, little grassy and fruity
Taste brings more of the big cereal malt, fair amount of straw as well, grainy-sweet, a bit of cracker and touch of dough, maybe even pretzel dough, a bit of sweetness, then more noble hops with mild grassy and fair floral flavors, a soft lager underneath, more straw late as it finishes drier with a med-lighter bitterness
Mouth is med bod, soft lager, med foamy smooth carb
Overall solid beer, don't get the typical "young" beer flavors that you often get with a Kellerbier, but that's not a problem, it's well done and quite enjoyable
