Draft at the brewery. BA listing says "Bohemian/Czech Pilsner" but the menu calls it an Italian Pilsner.
Maltier than I expected, and I am not getting much from the dry hopping with noble hops.
Clear straw color, not much head, basically no lacing.
Light carbonation, could benefit from a little more to add some zing.
It's perfectly good beer beer, just not especially interesting. Seems like it could be fun at a barbecue.

Pours a fluffy white 2 finger head with moderate retention, thick soapy lacing, very clear with a slight chill haze light pale to straw color
nose big cereal grainy-sweet pilsner malt, bready cracker nice noble hop grassy floral aroma, soft malt and lager
Taste brings fair hops up front, noble hops with a bit grassy floral but more spicy, med bitterness, fair cereal pilsner grain, grainy-sweet with a bit of cracker dough, light layered decoction mash character, soft lager, fair crisp bitter finish, lingering spicy hops
Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, med-light fizzy carb, soft lager
Overall quite nice, fairly close to a German pilsner in this one, not sure I really get wheat but maybe the cracker dough is a bit more due to the wheat, noble hops are quite nice, very well done pilsner
