This is a combination of a Wild Ale and an Imperial Stout. Lasting beige head. Some streaks on the glass. Near black color... No light passes.
I pick up raisin, brandy, and cherry (like a Flemish Red). Complex and intriguing.
Good carbonation with a richer body. This is one of the most complex beers I've ever had. The "wild" portion has sweet cherry, warming alcohol, and a Belgian yeast bite. The Stout side is less powerful but present -- mostly darker chocolate.
This could be a whole new style--a wild stout perhaps? I love the creativity and originality.
