Pours a frothy fizzy 1 finger head that fades quickly, low lacing, semi hazy pale color
Nose nice citrus, yuzu, a little lemony, cereal cracker grain, light straw, more juicy citrus and a little rind
Taste brings mild citrus, yuzu and a little lemon lime like, zest, some rice base sake like character, cereal grainy doughy cracker, general fruity ester note, light bitterness, dry finish with lingering general fruit and citrus
Mouth is med to lighter bod, higher carb
Overall not bad

Semi-hazy pale yellow.
Citrus and malt both present in the smell.
Yuzu gives it an herbal twist - feels like drinking a cross between beer and cocktail, in a good way. A touch of sweetness up front, but then the rice malt gets out of the way for an dry finish, again reminiscent of not-beer. As appropriate, the hops are only in the background.
Very light and refreshing. A spritz of carbonation carries the flavors well.
A great summer beer for a hot afternoon.
