Dark amber, nearly brown. Clear. Moderate head which leaves some fleeting spots.
Think honey covered toast and you’ll be close to what I’m smelling. It’s lightly sweet but there’s also lightly toasted white bread smell.
Higher carbonation but with a decent body. The taste begins with a toasted brown bread flavor. The honey is stronger on the tongue making this a decidedly sweeter beer. Not much counterbalance in the swallow. There’s some lingering hop in the shorter aftertaste.
