Hazy, dirty gold color. Moderate head but it leaves extensive spotting on the glass.
Sweet aroma with a berry like touch. A bit of éclair filling. Very pale malt.
Thinnish but with a moderate carbonation level. Unlike most blondes, this finishes with with a hoppy bite along with Earl Grey flavor that lingers longest in the aftertaste. Not as sweet on the tongue as the smell would suggest. A very interesting and flavorful combination.
