L- Mid gold, medium haze, pours with huge pillowy white head (took a couple of mins to pour despite being rested/chilled so better to be prepared!). The foam is dense enough I could scoop up a cherry sized clump with a finger from the rim > my mouth where it had a texture akin to well whipped cream, unusual! (ps. forms heavy lacing all down the sides).
S- It smells quite pungently dry, I get nothing of the usual 'Tripel' rich/heavier-ABV I associate with Belgian tripels.
T- Hmmm, well it is bright, pungent and the ABV% comes over clearly to me. It really has a pretty intense dense taste and presence to it. This is in the zone for the Tripel style (IME), perhaps the hoppier somewhat less rich/sweet side and suggests I've congestion or this has a materially lower Smell than one might expect with this Taste.
M- Intriguing. It is both deep and pungent and yet vibrantly hopped enough to bring good balance.
O- It's very nice, great balance Taste and Feel. Great head + lacing too. It's elegant, deep, pungent, intense and yet rather delightful. Absolutely zero out of place noticed here to report. I'd be thrilled to get to buy/try this again and will rate it accordingly so it's in my shopping-candidates zone of Scoring.
Bought from BeersOfEurope (UK). 330ml bottle BB: 10/22.
Updated lable: The etching of a church, sunburst and vineyards are unchanged. Now the text above the church reads 'Artisanal Belgian Ale'. Text below the vineyard, same font etc., reads 'Organic & gluten free'.
Lable also carries the medal icon for 'Gold at the World Drinks Awards 2017'.

ps. I'm pleased I got to try this one. I'd love to try it again in other than pollen/hay-fever season so I can do credit to fully judging it's Smell. And an after-thought... usually either 'Organic' or 'Gluten-free' to me are rarely a positive for the drinking experience of a beer, they seem to be either 'Ok, it isn't the greatest but it IS organic', and re: gluten it seems to knock a whole facet out... /IDR, is it Mouth-feel or similar? Anyway, none of that happens with this beer, IMO; cheers!

I am not sure about the hugely below average rating and the wide ranging reviews.
This triple is better than OK, but it also will not make it to the Karmeliet stratosphere.
Brunehaut's Triple Looks decent. It Smells well above its Taste, primarily because all the fruity esters hit the nose, but then get lost before I swallow. A little dry, perhaps a little too thin for 8%. But, I had it with leftovers and it was a good enough accompaniment... it even made me think the food was not too bad.

Pours a hazy golden color with a big top off fluffy white head and some sticky lacings on the side off the glass. Aroma is fruity, light malts and yeasty esters. I notice pears, apples, apricot ,caramel, honey, candied sugar and flowers. The flavour is sweet and fruity with quite noticable caramel malts in the back. Spicy and peppery in the middle before it finish off really dry with a long aftertaste. The flavours are decent enough, but i don,t think it,s balanced enough. medium carbonation with a medium body with a creamy and oily texture. All in all is a decent enough triple, but far from the really good ones from Belgium.

Slightly hazy light golden color with huge, frothy head and lively carbonation. Aroma is dominated by the belgian yeast esters with hay, grass, meadow flowers but also some alcohol. Taste is actually pretty bad. Stale grains, rusty coins, some weird, dusty bitterness, really dry. Medium to light body, carbonation is much softer as expected from the looks. After a few sips it gets better, I don't get the metallic notes anymore but still, it's not what you would expect from a decent tripel.

Hazy yellow to light orange color, small short orange head, smells like apple wine and liquor. That's the best part of beer. Full carbonation, adstrigent, bitter and dry finish. Lots of citrus and caramel, coffee grains and leafy earth tones. Not the first choice for any season or meal. Overpriced and boring.

330ml bottle, squat as ever, and gluten-free, apparently, to add to the organic, Belgian, and yes, Tripel angles.

This beer pours a, well it doesn't pour, per se, rather it aggressively trickles down the side of the bottle as soon as I pop the cap (bottle conditioning, FTW!), eventually pooling enough liquid to deem it a glassy, medium golden yellow hue, with as much frothy, ebullient off-white head as you wanna give it. After a relatively lengthy spell, it gives up some chunky dried soapscum lace around the glass.

It smells of semi-sweet, grainy caramel malt, musty apple and pear, edgy candy sugar, laid-back Belgian yeast, mildly acetone-leaning metallic alcohol notes, and a leafy, earthy dryness. The taste is warm caramel pudding, biscuity toffee, clammy yeast, muddled orchard fruit, a bit of brown sugar, and earthy, floral, and slightly perfumed hops, 'cause that's how the 16-proof booze rolls, I guess.

The bubbles are still alive and properly relevant after that opening charade, manifesting mostly in a playfully frothy manner, the body medium-light in weight, and smooth enough, that is until the swirling metallic alcohol comes 'a knockin'. It finishes on the sweet side, the caramel, separate sugar, and alcohol snickering away under the guise of their little cabal.

Well, she's a Tripel, all right, from the sugary nose, to the near gag-inducing alcohol-laced first glug, through the trials and tribulations of fruit, yeast, and spice (heretofore unmentioned, I know) - the only thing missing here is any obvious nod to gluten-free beer inferiority. Nope, just a plain, somewhat underwhelming version of the style, folks - G-F considerations don't even come up, which is pretty much the best damned thing I could say about that.

not sure if this is supposed to be gluten free like some of their other stuff or not, but if it is, its the best I've had, and if not, its still a pretty solid tripel. very blonde and without the haze and viscosity of the normal tripels. very pale in color, almost looking more like a berliner, and it has about an inch of thin white head with alright lacing as it sips. smells not nearly as sweet as some, but it certainly doesn't smell then and absent enough to be a gluten free beer. carbonation is prickly, the belgian yeast has done its job. not sure what grain bill is on this, but its got a great lightness and effervescence. its light for the style in flavor too though, and lacks distinction for that reason, but its alcohol is incredibly well hidden, this drinks like 5% abv. the belgian yeast is subtle too, some light fruit notes, pear and green apple come to mind, but there is very little residual sugar here. cool beer, i don't really know what it costs, how available it is, or whether or not it is supposed to be gluten free. if it is, it may be the most enjoyable one I've come across. either way, this beer is worthy. props for being organic too. curious to try some other brunehaut stuff now, this is different.
