Beer is golden to light amber with some haziness, nice white head, decent retention.
Aroma is hoppy and a little sweet. The yeast cuts through the citra expressions of passionfruit and mango.
Beer is light in body, nice and soft on the palate with a clean, semi-dry finish.
Subtle hoppiness--mango and grapefruit--and a moderately bitter finish. This beer also features some sourdough funk while being earthy and quite floral; and, while hoppy not a hop bomb. Overall, with the soft bitterness and nice fruit character this tows the line of Belgian IPA.

Pours a slightly cloudy gold with a topper of off white foam that slowly relaxes to a lasting cap.
Light/med. strength aroma, featuring yeasty tart, doughy sweet, light grapefruit and lemon notes, white pepper, and earthy notes that lend a complexity to what is a very delectable bouquet.
Med. strength taste, pretty faithfull representation of the aroma, balanced very well, and blending into quite a tasty treat.
Med. carb., viscosity, body, soft on palate, and a clean tasty finish that creates great desire for next sip.
Very yummy beer, alcohol completely hidden, refreshing, complex, not the same old saison. Recommended for sure.
