Hazy, lighter amber color. Moderate head that dies
The smell features green olive, green pepper, brown sugar, and orange zest. Extremely complex.
This starts with a yeast bite and then there's a decent maltose presence. Very rich with a low carbonation level. Light sourness. A brief bitterness in the swallow but there's hardly any aftertaste. Definitely an unusual beer but worth seeking out.
