16oz can. No dating information found.
Mostly clear appearance with a slight bit of haze. Pale gold body color. One solid finger of white head. Extensive lacing webs left behind.
Wafting aroma of tropical papaya and pineapple, along with some peach. Also a citrus fruit contribution and a hint of pine.
Taste is similar to overripe fruit but certainly not spoiled. Flavors of pineapple, papaya, peach skin, lemon, a little orange and grapefruit, and a bit of pine. Bitterness is noticeable but not excessive. Aftertaste involves more of the bitter notes from pith and peel.
More than medium mouthfeel. Soft texture. Very good carbonation.
Stays away from being too sweet or too bitter. Balanced and seems to drink better with each quaff.

simple and clean ipa here, ive liked the handful of beers ive had from this place so far. this one has a snap to it, modest bitterness, on the dry side, its clean on the ferment and quick overall, not super dank or oily despite having a robust hop complexion, its not exotic to me but its well made, with lemon and orange notes and some herbal freshness. seems exceedingly simple on the grain side and is pretty light in body overall, the balance is there. light orange color, decent clarity, short white head. lightly toasted, then a rush of pine resin and bitter citrus, mellower on the back end even more pale ale-esque. good water chemistry here, a less is more approach, and as it warms it gets a bit more nuanced with subtle yellow peach and weed to it, but this isnt overly dank or anything, and to me drinks almost refreshing, doesnt seem to mind the high summer heat at all. perhaps a little lighter on the carbonation, but the pace of this is good. ive been most impressed by their more ambitious and exotic beers to date, but this is solid too. not the most distinctive to my palate but undeniably well made.
