1st review of this beer on BA. Also first brett beer from Pigeonhead that I've had. Sample is from October 23, 2016. Wa the third beer in the flight. They also brought this to GABF one time.

Its the lightest SRM of the six beers. Fairly golden, slight haze. I think there was a peach and ginger puree or something to that effect I recall reading, so a little haze is understandable. Saisons aren't really all that crisp looking anyways. 1/4" white head recedes quickly. Aroma has ginger, a feint saison yeast, clove, then the peach at the end.

Taste is a much lighter peach impression. The saison yeast comes in stronger than the fruit. The ginger seems to be something I'm growing on tolerance wise, seems like the first couple of exposures, I was very much against, but it seems to work for me in a beer a lot more often. The mouth feel was soft, I think you have some wheat, oats and pilsner malt going on here. Amarillo hops take the beer in a slightly different direction, all post boil.

Different beer, probably should have had it first, its that different that I realized I should have it before having any other beer to get a better sense of what was going on.
